Serial Station Data (Water samplers, STD, CTD, BT) | Japan Oceanographic Data Center : JODC
Description
This is the data such as temperature, salinity obtained by the ocean survey using the Niskin bottle, CTD, XBT, etc. Some data at 1 station are divided into each measuring equipment while some data are incorporated into the identified station (depends upon the data providers). In addition, about CTD, XBT, etc. there are mainly the representative low resolution data with the observation depth and the high-resolution data with 5m or less and 20 layers or more with vertical density but as to the same observation, where data with different resolution is submitted, please note as they are treated as a separate station.
This dataset includes data continuously measured by ship during sailing such as water temperature, conductivity, etc. Position of the data may not be fixed due to sailing of the ship and measurement interval of the data may be varied by ships such as 1 minute, 5 minutes, ... .
연도별로 관측 자료를 검색하는 방식. 2008~2023년 자료 가능함.
Data of observation values or smoothing value of current direction and current speed of every stations obtained by current survey of a couple of days and nights or more and data of current direction and current speed, temperature, electrical conductivity of every stations obtained by Aanderaa current meter, etc. installed at the depth of several thousand meters in the Japan Sea or the Pacific Ocean are published in the current meter data.

This is the ocean current data obtained from the drift by vessels, observation by GEK and ADCP and ARGOS surface buoy displacement. In addition, the position of the ARGOS surface buoy is the observation position which becomes the middle value of the before and after the position. Temperature and salinity are data of sea water withdrawn with the intake method at the time of observation of ADCP, etc.
